Flat-rate whole-home design
Three flat-rate packages for bigger projects. Full Home Furnishing ($8,500): design for your entry, living/family room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast nook, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Entire House New Construction or Renovation ($9,500): interior and exterior design for a build or remodel. Tenant Improvement / Multi-Family Renovation ($9,500): for developers and homeowners working on up to 4 model floor plans.
What’s included
✓ Furniture floor plans: two layout options per room, with furniture sizing, art placement and rug dimensions (furnishing package)
✓ Furnishings and décor selections, paint colors and concept boards
✓ Exterior design selections: paint colors, materials, doors, windows, hardscape and lighting (construction and renovation packages)
✓ Complete kitchen and bathroom designs with drawings, cabinetry, finishes, appliances, fixtures and lighting
✓ Budget and sourcing spreadsheets with costs and vendor sources
✓ Ordering assistance and project management

How it works
Three simple steps
1. Send your photos, measurements and details with the short form.
2. I’ll confirm your project by email. Pay by Venmo after we confirm, to @jillseidnerinteriordesign.
3. We’ll plan the project together, then you receive your designs, concept boards and sourcing as the project moves forward.
Available on-site in LA and remotely for clients anywhere.
The new construction and renovation packages do not include furnishings.
